| Founded in April 2003, with the RMB18 Millions registered capital and convenient transportation, Yangzhou Jinsen Optoelectric Material Co.,LTD is located in ShaoBo Industrial Clusters ,Yangzhou City , Jiangsu Province. Specializing in the production of fiber optical cable materials , it covers an area of 15000 M2, workshop is 6000 M2, the current staff is 120 people. The annual production capacity of optical fiber secondary coating material (PBT - 280) is 15000 tons, which is 15 times of PBT color masterbatch production capacity. We have all the relevant licens and qualifications of the import and export business for optical cable materials. Most importantly, we adopt to advanced equipments, such as SHJ36 higher speed vented co-rotating twin screw extrusion, PC - PLC control device ,which system has the characters of the precise temperature control , thermal stability, and higher mixed efficiency.The raw materials of PBT color masterbatch are from CLARIANT and DEGUSSA co***y in Germany, CIBA co***ny in Switzerland, DU PONT co***ny in US..In cooperation with the institute of Chemical Technology in Yangzhou University, We have established the research center for high polymer materials.In addition, the quality of all our Products can be approved by the ISO9001 quality system,ISO14001 environmental management system certification, GB/T28001 occupational health and safety management system .
